1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ben10 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the ben10 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.
The ben10 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to use online entertainment services under the applicable local laws of their respective locations.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login details with any other party. Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact ben10 customer support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence in maintaining the security of your account.
3. Platform Usage Rules
All users are required to use the ben10 platform in a lawful, responsible manner that is respectful of other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or any action intended to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the platform.
- Using credit card details, bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you or that have not been authorised by their owner.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or engaging in any conduct that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to access other users' data or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
Ben10 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any violation be detected.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Transaction Methods
All transactions on the ben10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via local payment methods accepted by the platform, including online banking and available e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the selected payment method. Current limit details can be viewed in your account section after logging in.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are subject to a completed identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the selected method. ben10 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable cause, such as an ongoing investigation into suspicious activity or the need for additional verification.
Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing are the sole responsibility of the user. The platform does not bear any bank or processing fees imposed by third-party financial service providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical issues, or data loss.

All content on the ben10 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Where this platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for informational convenience only. ben10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ben10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Accounts closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any remaining balance unless otherwise determined by management.
Terms Amendment
The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without specific notice to users. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
